At Just for You by Jeff, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. We stand behind the quality of our health and wellness products and want to ensure you have a positive shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most unopened and unused items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Products such as supplements, skincare, personal care items, or any item marked as non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at jeffreynolan125@yahoo.com with

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • If rejected due to signs of use or damage not caused by us, we may offer a partial refund or return the item to you at your expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

Please double-check your order before confirming payment.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
