Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Because our products are fulfilled through our dropshipping partners, please allow additional time for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped:
- United States (Standard): 7–15 business days
- United States (Expedited, where available): 5–10 business days
- International orders: 14–30 business days (availability varies by destination)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all US orders over $50
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $50 and are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Delays & Issues While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we'll be happy to help investigate.
